Looking for Dolphin developer for multiple jobs

I just installed Dolphin 6.0.0.4 on my server to run my site ( www.PBMayhem.com ) and had some general questions for the community...

There are some specific things that I would love to add, but Im not very sure how to do it...If anyone could help me out at all I would really appreciate it

Heres what I want to do

* I have figured out how to add fields for the user to fill out...I currently have Years Playing, Team, and Home Field...I really want to be able to display these 3 fields in the users profile, and, if possible, have the server create a new entry in a separate page (A team page and field page) where users can comment about specific teams or fields...as well as enter information such as phone numbers, addresses, pictures (if they could upload and choose from gallery), etc.
* I would really like to change my Articles section into a section where users could write their own articles, to be submitted to the site for moderation...If they could upload pictures and videos to a seperate folder on the server (not the gallery for this one), that would be great...I basically want to turn my articles section into the blog section, but it is moderated and has the ability to upload files to the server, not to the gallery.
* I would also like to make a review page, where users select items or create new items through drop down menus and text fields, and have the ability to rate the product and comment it
* If I could create a system to give points out to people who create useful content, to be displayed next to their name, that would be cool...


I will probably need some support setting these up and getting them to run smoothly...
