Job Description

I would like a module that can be added to a Dolphin based site that is like the "jobz" section (where we are at right now!). People would post projects and bid and could pay each other through paypal. Comments should be left at completion. Also the jobs should be streamed in an rss feed if possible.

Job Clarification

The keyword here is cheap guys. Im not looking to break the bank on this one.
