Shopping Cart Module

I need a full blown shopping cart that will allow my members to open their store front and sell their goods.

Main Site Functions:

1. Create another tab with to display tags from product tags.

2. Ad function to search to search for products accross entire site.

3. Make a "List-Random" plugin to list random products on front page with thumbs and titles linked to their product pages. Make a setting to overwrite all user defined thumb size to default so that they appear uniformed on main site.
