Reward System for Dolphin

I want a point system arranged for dolphin in such a way that, members will be given points based on the following activities
1. for people they refer (there should be a verification system attached e.g sms)
2. based on number of posts written in blogs
3. Points will also be given based on number of articles written
4. Points will also be given when people newly sign up.

These points will be converted to webcash in their online account at
the end of every month by a calculation (Total ammount to be shared
for the month divided by the total number of points generated for the
month should give the number to be multiplied by individual points to
give individual earnings) these calculations will be automatically
done by a software once the amount to be shared for the month is
imputed, implying that the software should already know the total
number of points generated for the month, and should be able to
automatically do the calculation and fund the account instantly once
admin adds the amount to be shared and clicks a given button..
Free members cannot be paid on referral basis

It should have the following advantages for upgraded (vip) members
Advantages for upgraded members.
Upgraded members can receive same type of payment and points as the case may be as free members (i.e on their direct activities)
Upgraded members will be paid on referral basis.
That means that the effort of people they introduced will count for them as well.

This will not be applicable to free members. Free members can only earn points on their own work.

The Admin of the software should have a place where admin can turn off any of the activities that should have given a point,for example admin can decide that points will not be awarded for blog entries.

Admin should be able to change the points awarded for different activities.
