converting existing membersite

Hello, I am looking for help in tweaking dolphin to make it work with my current membersite (home made cms with php/mysql) dealing with pictures from artists and studios. I need to import the current artist/studio data into dolphin profiles. New Profile fields need to be created and different permissions need to be set for different users etc. Integration of netbilling payment processor and various other small tweaks. I realize this is a wide spectrum of things to do. Just wondering if there is anyone out there willing to help me with this step by step.
