Development of adult online community

I am the owner of minoritygirls.com . I have setup dolphin, and basically need to customize it to suit my needs. I would like to know how much it would be for you to possibly change my player to a better player, that can play videos uploaded videos, youtube, rude.com, and dailymotion.com. I also need a script to add google ads to my site, and the ability to have a paid membership option which removes the ads. I wold also like to have the ability for users to create their own pages, similar to myspace. How much would it be for these changes to be done?
